Mais um título que eu nunca imaginava que iria comprar, já que nunca dei a mínima para Ultraman.
A única coisa que sabia a respeito de Ultraman é que se trata de um tokusatusu clássico antigo em que o herói homônimo é um japa baixinho e meio gordo XD~
Comprei porque folheei na banca, o papel é bom (50% da motivação para eu comprar um novo título é ter papel bom branquinho), o traço é muito bonito e bem feito, as cenas de ação são muito bem desenhadas, ainda está em publicação no Japão mas são poucos volumes, 6 até o momento.
Li o volume 1 e gostei! Resolvi continuar.
Ultraman (stylized as ULTRAMAN) is a manga written by Eiichi Shimizu and drawn by Tomohiro Shimoguchi of Linebarrels of Iron fame. Published in Monthly Hero's since the magazine's inaugural issue, it is a manga sequel of the 1966 Ultraman television series. The series has been collected in 4 volumes consisting of 21 chapters, with a fifth volume released on November 5, 2014.
Several years have passed since the events of Ultraman, with the legendary "Giant of Light" (光の巨人 Hikari no Kyojin) now a memory, as it is believed he returned home after fighting the many giant aliens that invaded the Earth. Shin Hayata's son Shinjiro seems to possess a strange ability, and it is this ability, along with his father's revelation that he was Ultraman, that leads Shinjiro to battle the new aliens invading the Earth as the new Ultraman.
